		<description>Matt, I really think you're on to something here.  If free energy could power atmospheric water generators and provide clean water to the 1.6 billion people who are currently lacking it, at least 3.3 billion illnesses and 5 million deaths a year would be prevented.  

The key question is what is the cost and accessability of this technology infrastructure in third world countries or would it be more feasiible to solve this problem the old-fashioned way e.g.  would it be more efffective to dig water wells one village at a time?  
My non-profit (www.villageef.org) has worked on a few water pump projects.</description>
